The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

The service I received at every stage was outstanding. Angela promptly returned my call and booked a very swift appointment which was followed by an E-mailed quote almost before Sam had left the property. Sam & Colin and the team arrived on time an quickly and efficiently replaced my stopcock and supply pipe to the house with minimal fuss and disruption. Due to their use of moling there was little damage to my drive. Even though the pipe length was longer than expected they stuck to the agreed quote and provided me with a certificate at the end of the job. Everyone was professional, pleasant and tidy. I was looking to get the lead mains water pipe replaced in my house with a 25mm MDPE pipe with the main motivation for the obvious health benefits and to get better flow in the house. I asked 4 companies for an estimate and Impact were very responsive and the quote was very competitive so was keen to proceed. They then told me that they had an open slot the next day which was incredible service! My parents supervised while I was at work and they were very complimentary about the team's professionalism and efficiency. I was very impressed with their work - all was left very tidy and it was hardly noticeable that any work had been done. Unfortunately I need Thames Water to replace their end of the pipe to see the full benefits but was extremely pleased with Impact's work.

I had a new supply pipe moled in to our house. Angie and the guys were friendly and efficient, and the job went without any problems. They had to dig two small trenches through my block paving to insert the mole and ensure it didn't hit the electricity supply cable. They made good, and you wouldn't know they had been. I can definitely recommend them.
