The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommended. Replaced my water main pipe by moling. Competitive price, but efficiently done by friendly and hard working crew of 3 guys in a few hours. Block paving reinstated as original, and new stop valve fitted inside too. Angela in office very good and efficient and fast to respond to any queries. All too rare nowadays - a decent, competitive and reliable British firm.

A very prompt no nonsense company to deal with, who offered advice that the other 2 quoting companies did not, turned up on time and very professional. To be honest would not go anywhere else for other quotes as i found out a waste of time. highly recommended.

Impact Utilities were courteous and very professional with their work in laying a new water supply pipe. After a quick site assessment they suggested that it would be better to mole through the front of the property and lay the pipe under the floorboards in order to avoid the drainage system along the side of my property. They worked quickly and accurately and once the work was completed they re-instated all the block paving in my front drive back to how it was originally. Back office admin was very helpful in answering all the questions I had and were quick to schedule the 1st available date for work to commence.

Apart from the fact that they've offered the best price for this job, Angela and his team provided a professional, friendly and stress free service from start to end. My situation was a bit difficult due to the number of jobs needed to be done in my house extension but Angela was kind enough to cater for my needs. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Impact Utilities! Our 1930's house had poor water pressure due to it still having the original lead water pipe. On contacting Impact Utilities, Angela was extremely efficient in answering all my queries in a prompt and personal manner. Once booked, the team arrived on the dot and worked very hard to mole a new water supply pipe under our brick paved drive. Any concerns I had that the driveway may be left damaged or disturbed by the works were completely unfounded as they tidied up and worked hard to put every brick back as they were - you would not know anything had been done.
