Lead water main replacement - great!
I was looking to get the lead mains water pipe replaced in my house with a 25mm MDPE pipe with the main motivation for the obvious health benefits and to get better flow in the house. I asked 4 companies for an estimate and Impact were very responsive and the quote was very competitive so was keen to proceed. They then told me that they had an open slot the next day which was incredible service! My parents supervised while I was at work and they were very complimentary about the team's professionalism and efficiency. I was very impressed with their work - all was left very tidy and it was hardly noticeable that any work had been done. Unfortunately I need Thames Water to replace their end of the pipe to see the full benefits but was extremely pleased with Impact's work.
