The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

Had our gas pipes replaced on Monday 15/1/18. Four lads, Craig, Colin, Danny and Jay did an excellent job in awful weather conditions. They explained every detail of the work and were extremely professional, and left everywhere really clean. Would highly recommend them.

Helpful and very professional company from the administration to the engineers. Explained all stages of detecting the water leak and advice given throughout. Colin was courteous and thorough and did a great job. Cleared up all property that had to be dug up and left exactly as it was before they started.

From my first enquiry with Impact I can only say how pleased I have been with their response, from my initial communication with Angie through email, to the two guy's Colin and Jay who carried out replacing my water service pipe and as I read in previous reviews you would hardly know they had been. They carried out an excellent job and totally cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service well done!!

Impact Utilities came on time on the allotted day.They worked very hard in the heat on what was a difficult job due to ground conditions.They put in the new water supply with the requested materials and reinstated the area with minimal disruption. The end result is almost like nothing happened.As at the time we had no water we could not have been more grateful. I would recommend this company to anyone.
