The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

Colin and Danny , great couple of lads , grafted from the start and tidied up after themselves . Excellent and would recommend to anybody needing a new water supply pipe for their home. Angela was also a delight to deal with and communication was excellent.

Colin and Danny- two nice young chaps came and replaced piping for my calor gas from a very awkwardly positioned tank to my mobile home- the job was very well done and you wouldn't know they had been there, replaced everything just as it was.I am very pleased with the results.

Kris and Ross came to replace pipework at my house,on behalf of Calor. They were polite, explained clearly what they intended to do and, carried out the job efficiently. Including clearing up any mess afterwards! Would recommend them, a good team and, excellent ambassadors for both organisations.

Colin and Danny really do know their stuff and were very quick to find the source of my kitchen water leak from their tests and so avoided digging up the floor. Colin's advice was invaluable to me in what was a rather awkward situation. IMPACTU will be my first choice in future.

Colin and Danny came to sort out a leaking water main. Both very helpful, in fact couldn't do enough for us. Showed us where the leak was, fixed it, tested it and showed us the repair. Best of all they left the site clean and tidy. The only other comment I'd make is that Danny needs to learn to drink builders tea and not that milky crap disguised as tea!! Great lads, great firm, would absolutely recommend.
