The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

My whole experience of Impact Utilities has been excellent from my first phone call, through email and the quotation and appointment process. On the appointed day 25.7.18 and time Colin and Jay turned up, clearly explained what they were going to do and how they would achieve the resolution. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, they worked solidly but unfortunately the water pipe could not be found, even Anglian Water couldn't locate it! Plan B was put into action and after 7 hours in 30 degree sunshine they completed their part of the job. We now await AW to locate the water main and connect my new pipework. My sincere thanks to Colin and Jay for their persistence and for leaving my property neat and tidy, as if there had never been metre deep holes. Also for finding a paving slab the exact match to the one removed, when my builders had told me they were no longer available and gave me inferior slabs when I had my extension built. Well done Colin!

Ross and Kris came today to install our LPG tank and moling the pipe to the house, what efficiant, polite, pleasant hard working guys, the heat today was extremely uncomfortable, but, they kept working all day not stopping once, they did an excellant job, were tidy leaving the site clean, they took all debris away in the van. I could not ask for a better experience from these guys and their company :)

Colin and Jay laid new pipework from the external mains pipe to our stopcock. They arrived on the dot and finished in really good time. They worked efficiently, working non-stop until the job was complete. Everything was put back very tidily and they were charming and friendly in their dealings with us. Thoroughly recommend the company for the work done.

Just a quick note to say what a great job Colin and Jay have done at our property in St Albans. Two previous companies failed to diagnose the source of our leak. Not only did the lads from Impact find and fix the leak, they also went over and above making good the fragile York stone and tiles at the front of our Victorian property. Excellent company. Just searched the web for them so a bit nervous but I didn't need to be. I manage a site in Romsey Hampshire and the service was spot on from beginning to the end. Great communication, excellent workers x 3. Kept me informed all the way through as fixed a main water leak and left after 3 days with no evidence of all the concrete they had to dig through to get to the leak. Fantastic work and excellent company!

Sam and Tom arrived promptly, as advised by Angela. They started work immediately! No cups of tea or coffee; Remarkable! A new water main was to be run from the front gate to the house, but it did not lay itself. The whole site was a burial ground for blocks of concrete, old half-bats and a little earth and stone to bind it together. Sam and Tom were immense! For most of the morning they had to dig, manually, builders' debris that had been buried for many years. The planned route was to go through the kitchen floor, but Sam had a better idea, which circumvented the plan, and saved having to dig through the kitchen floor.In a very short time after the trenching, the new mains was fitted, as was a new outside water tap, and all signs of excavation had been eradicated. It is obvious that Impact Utilities is well-served by the workforce, and Sam and Tom were magnificent ambassadors for the company. Two most pleasant chaps committed to giving a good job with the minimum of fuss and bother, and a very clean and tidy site when they had finished. Thank you , gentlemen!
