The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

Kris and Stuart laid a new gas pipe to my house. They arrived nice and early and got the job done in a very professional way. Path, drive and lawn all put back so you could not see where they had been and no mess left behind. Great job!

I could not fault the two teams sent out by impact utilities to renew my calor gas pipes Every team member was polite and did their up most to keep my garden looking as it did when they first arrived! Ross Danny and Brandon did a great job and was a pleasure to have working at my property!

Stuart and Kris put a gas pipe from the tank to the house over a crooked distance of 35 metres, under a concrete driveway, no mean feat! They were brilliant! They were very clean workers doing a very mucky job and they left everything ship-shape. They were pleasant and a pleasure to have on the property.

Laid new water pipe. Was a little bit dubious initially as their quote was so much more competitive than other companies. Ross and Brandon were fantastic. Talked me through what they were doing and showed me all of the work they had done. You could bearly tell they had been. Really professional, friendly and polite guys.
