Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Radwäsche extra bezahlt und trotzdem mit schmutzigen Rädern aus der Waschstraße gekommen. Eine Seite schlecht gewaschen. Sofort reklamiert. Antwort vom Mitarbeiter in der Cranger Str., 45891 Gelsenkirchen, ich soll in einer Woche wieder vorfahren, dann bekomme ich eine kostenlose Wäsche. Was soll das? Ich will heute ein sauberes Auto. Ob der Mitarbeiter die kommende Woche vor Ort ist und sich dann auch noch an den Vorfall erinnern kann, bezweifle ich. Also: Lehrgeld bezahlt und eine Waschstraße gefunden, die ich sicher nie wieder besuchen und oder empfehlen werde.

Great IMO service
I am currently at the IMO car wash in ASDA Chandlers Ford. The staff are very efficient and do a very good job. The exterior wash (Total Wax) was good. There were areas where droplets remained on the car, but this is expected in an automated machine. The interior was excellent considering the state when I arrived. They removed my two child seats to clean them and also underneath them. Will happily continue to use.

Die beste Anlage die es gibt in Worms Die Jungs machen ihre Arbeit gut und sauber Zu Zeit ist es nicht gut wegen der Baustelle Weil Mann ganz außen rum fahren muss aber für Die Jungs lohnt es sich um ganze Worms Zu fahren Weiter so machen bin zu Frieden mit euch

Nie wieder
Nie wieder... Der Mitarbeiter wollte nicht die billige Autowäsche akzeptieren und hat sich aufgeregt, dass alle nur die günstigste Variante nutzen möchten. Es wurde keine manuelle Vorwäsche durchgeführt. Der Mitarbeite war äußerst unhöflich. Über Qualität kann man bei der Autowäsche auch vergessen.

My windows inside were more smeared than they were before I got the car wash done. The kid who did the car didn't remove anything from the boot (there wasn't much to be removed and I could have done it had he asked but I was trying to keep out of the rain and wasn't watching) or clean it and didn't even bother hoovering the parcel shelf. £34 for something I could have got my own teenager to do better.

I recently visited IMO Car Wash in Hinckley for a full-service wash and interior cleaning and was quite satisfied. The friendly staff provided efficient service, and the exterior wash left my car spotless with a brilliant shine. The interior cleaning was thorough, covering even the small details. However, the waiting area could be improved with more amenities. Despite this, the reasonable pricing and quality service make IMO Car Wash a reliable choice. I give them 5 out of 5 stars and will return in the future.

Good morning
Good morning I normally attend this car wash on a weekly basis getting my vehicle cleaned inside and outside, due to my nature of work It’s important my car stays squeaky clean. on arrival normally I pay £19 for inside + out however today I got charged a total of £24, when challenged I was told this is the new price,Something I was not told about or had any prior warning. My automatic electric boot was opened manually twice by a new inexperienced member of staff, who I told to stop doing this as you damage the mechanism he continues and replied with “I do what I want I’ve done this many times” As I fear this will damage the mechanism I no longer want to use this branch, as the staff were rude and not cautious of customers vehicles. Overall very disappointing service from IMO car wash today. I feel I can no longer trust this company.
