Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Paid for an ultra HD wash which is the 2nd wash on the list, so for £14.00 I was expecting the works. In truth the car would have been cleaner if it had rained on it! Wheels were still filthy, marks left on windscreen, white splash marks everywhere, and the soft hanging rotating toggles at the end just smeared it around. Not impressed at all! I will stick to the local hand car wash in future much better job and a couple of quid cheaper.

Used the car wash today and it's broke my wing mirror and the manager was saying it wasn't the carwash it was loose so I will have to take it to the manufacturer to get fixed. I demanded a form to be filled out because I want the damage repaired. As I was filling the from out a car pulled up and asked myself if that damaged happened in the carwash to what I replied yes it did. He said we'll I'm not using that carwash then and he turned around and left. The manager then started getting funny with me trying to order me not to ever speak to customers again because I'm very rude. This manger should not be in charge he is very rude and aggressive and loves to call you a liar.

Nach der Autowäsche kam er noch zu mir und schaute sich das Auto an. Er fragte ob ich zufrieden bin!👍Absolute Empfehlung!!! Kein Vergleich zum vorherigen Betreiber!

Rude and aggressive manager! New guy their today 26th July nearly caused an accident by signalling me to reverse which isn’t what he wanted me to do. He started panicking, pressed a stop button, couldn’t speak English and explain what he wanted me to do. Then I got ranted at by manager. The guy had already told a driver in a mini to reverse then shouted no!!! Been going there for a while but won’t be returning. Poor communication then shouted at.

Today I googled for nearest location for car wash, in website it showed open till 7pm. I reached location by 6.20 pm but it was closed. If you change working hours, please update the google, moreover it’s waste of time and money for customers like me

No soap!
I had the £5 wash as I usually do, but when it was finished there were still marks on the windscreen that didn't clear with the wipers. I parked up and looked at the rest of the car and realised there were still lots of marks all over the car. When I complained one of the attendants said it was because the £5 wash is just water- no soap at all! I had no idea that was the case and the price has gone up a lot in the last few years. That seems pointless to me and explains why the car is still dirty. I will do it myself from now on so they have lost my business.
