Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal nach ganz langer Zeit wieder da waschen. Das Ergebnis war toll. preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis acht Euro top Wäsche bekommen dafür Die Felgen waren sauber Personal war Super nett.immer wieder gerne. kann ich nur weiterempfehlen fünf Sterne*****

This place has been sloppy for months now. Zero care or customer satisfaction in mind. Take your money, do even less than before. Damage your paintwork and leave your vehicle dirtier than it went in. Question anything and you are gaslit by staff. Avoid at all costs. Now looking at several hundred pounds in paint correction.

Having been a regular user at Eaton Socon for the past year since moving here, I went as usual Sunday afternoon. I usually drive home 10 mins away, then wipe the car down to remove the spray from the trim etc., Yesterday I noticed a lot of streaks on the windows on the drive home. When I got there, the whole car was covered in soapy streaks like it hadn’t rinsed off. I immediately rang the number and left a message saying I would come back first thing in the morning to run it through again. The usual guy told me it was because I’d driven off without wiping it down, then claimed there was nothing wrong. I showed him all the bodywork and just said I have to complain at the time & fill out a form. I told him there were other cars coming through, stopping to filll out forms wasn’t an option. Then he said it was head offices fault for not changing the water frequently enough, told me to ring them. His attitude stank, couldn’t care less, and told me to ring HO at 10.00 am. By now another car had arrived, so I couldn’t reverse out, so he reluctantly sent me through on an eco wash (cheapest) then disappeared. I won’t use them again ever - not people I wish to give my money to. Also agree with other reviews, the app is rubbish - please don’t use folks.

Utilisateur régulier de cet établissement, je rejoins volontiers les derniers commentaires Google disant que c'est devenu n'importe quoi. Programme à 8 €, supplément 2 € pour le lavage des jantes, ça devient du luxe pour une qualité qui réduit à vu d'œil. Séchage partiel, traces sur les jantes malgré l'option payée en plus, vitres et pare brise plus sale à la sortie qu'à l'entrée (obligé de passer des coups d'essuis glace pour voir la route car, avec le contre jour, c'était l'accident assuré)... Et quand on pose la question de savoir s'il n'y a pas un problème avec le lavage, la seule réponse, c'est : "Ce que vous pouvez faire, c'est nettoyer et essuyer avec un chiffon, y'en a qui le font..." c'est se moquer du monde !!! service client déplorable

Returning customer, paid for second best service and got basic and no wax. Queried and was told they waxed it ‘before’ the wash. I paid extra due to previous good service and this is so disappointing, feel very much I’ve been taken advantage of with the cheapest service after paying for the second most expensive. Won’t be back.

The manager told me that door sills were not included in the express valet despite this being written on the card in front of him. When I pointed this out, he wanted me to pay £25 for a mini valet instead, when I refused, he sent me away, and told me he didn’t have time to deal with me. There were no other cars in the queue ahead of me. It felt like he was price gouging and trying to rip me off because I was pleasant towards him.

Tiefe Krazer an A Säule nach Waschgang durch defekte Bürste, Schaden eindeutig, durch Mitarbeiter bestätigt, Firm stellt sich dumm und leistet keinen Schadenersatz. Antwort nach 4 Wochen. 2 Jahre Stammkunde, mindestend 2x im Monat, jetzt nicht mehr. Miieseste Leistung, mieseste Art und Weise!!!
