Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Unseriöses Geschäftsgebahren
Ich versuche seit Monaten mein Guthaben von der app in Duisburg Wanheim einzulösen. Immer heißt es, dass es zurzeit nicht möglich ist. Kann nur davon abraten Guthaben aufzuladen. Lieber bar bezahlen. Auch Versuche, das Guthaben zurückzubekommen, sind gescheitert. Es erfolgt keine Reaktion. Dubioses Geschäftsgebahren.

Normalerweise sind sie gar keinen Stern wert. Durch den Wechsel der App haben sie Geld unterschlagen. An dem Tag, wo man Probleme mit der App wegen dem Wechsel hatte, hat ein gewisser „Herr Fuchs“ sofort reagiert aber dann, wo man denen erklärt, dass da jetzt Geld fehlt, reagieren sie seid Wochen gar nicht mehr. Viele viele Anrufe dorthin und es geht einfach keiner ans Telefon. Nachdem ich dann mehrfach eine Mail geschrieben habe, hat auch dieser gewisse „Herr Fuchs“ nicht mehr reagiert. Meine Familie und ich und auch ein paar Freunde gehen da, seid dem ich denen das erzählt habe nickt mehr dort hin. Von mir bekommt „IMO cat Wash“ kein positives Feedback mehr. Traurig das die es sich leisten können Stammkunden zu verarschen. Es gibt ja glücklicher Weise auch andere Waschstraßen.

£20 for the top off the range Ceramic XTR. Very very underwhelming. The main issue isn’t the lack of shine (there’s no difference to the £6 effort I had last time) it’s the fact that the attendant paid no attention to the vehicle requirements and never even got as far as removing the obvious bird droppings before I was sent through the £20 smoke and mirrors tunnel. I can honestly say that this was a complete rip off, very poorly executed by a member of staff who had no idea what he was doing. Avoid avoid avoid.

shocking
shocking. spent £19 at Chichester Tesco and it was left with streaks everywhere. I showed the operator and he said there is a problem with the ceramic part. he said i need to write to head office as they would not put it through again. he said he would be out of pocket. he just shrugged his shoulders. Emailed head office and they are just the same. want pictures of the stains and a copy of my receipt. I did not get one!... This company is shocking. Zero rated experience. This IMO company needs to be put out of its misery. Robbery.

First time I've used the Northfleet one. Only one guy there and he kept stopping to wash others instead of starting/completing my one? Definitely won't be back if this is the service you get! I'd be surprised if anyone uses it twice!

IMO Hinckley. Attendant requested cash payment, and pully a face when i only had my bank card! He told me the card machine wasn't working, when it clearly was because when i didnt produce any cash he produces the card machine for me. There were two cars behind me. Now whether or not he was annoyed by what had just happened, i dont know, but he made no attempt to 'pre- wash' my car, which was rather dirty. I was a nurse for 38 years, & when i was having a bad day, i still never refused to treat a patient infront of me at A&E !!!?

Use this car wash once a week, I dread the smell of rotten eggs ! Nevertheless it’s closed today so i decided to have the inside cleaned £25.00 for a valet ok asked the guy if that included the windows he said yes paid the car smelt nice and looked shiny inside the doors were crumbs the window screen still had the mark from the dash cam on further inspection dirty cup holders etc.. etc.. won’t be using this place again ! Feeling ripped off right now !
