Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Avoid. Imo car wash Oldham. Took car in. Broke aerial. Filled in a sheet. Saw a pile of sheets!! Last one had broken wing mirror. 6 months ago still no word from then. Contacted imo. They said it's a franchise so owners responsibility not imos.

Paid for one of the top washes. Got home looked at the car and the wheels were still dirty and the back of the car absolutely filthy. Avoid at all costs

Nie wieder !
Bin seit vielen Jahren mit bis zu drei Fahrzeugen in dieser Waschstraße! Gestern am 09.09.2024 allerdings das letzte Mal! Habe morgens am selbigen Tag unter einer Laterne geparkt, dies fanden einige Vögel anscheinend sehr interessant. Bin dann gegen ca. 14:30 Uhr an der IMO angekommen, wo ich anscheinend zwei Personen beim Abledern eines Fahrzeuges in der Wachstrasseneinfahrt störte! Nach dem Zurücksetzen, damit er das Fahrzeug herausfahren konnte fragte mich dann der eine Mitarbeiter welche Wäsche es dein sein solle! Da es regnete und sich das Waschen Wettertechnisch nicht wirklich lohnte wollte ich eine normale Wäsche mit Vorwäsche und Felgenreinigung !!! Der Mitarbeiter meinte damit würde der Dreck nicht abgehen da müsse ich schon etwas Teureres nehmen! Auf meine Äußerung das doch eine Vorwäsche dabei sei, bekam ich die Antwort, ob ich mir mein Fahrzeug mal angesehen habe! Ich antwortete mit Ja deshalb bin ich hier! Seine Äußerung war dann, ob ich glauben würde das er jeden Fleck mit dem Hochdruckreiniger abspritzen würde !! Danach schloss ich mein Fenster und verließ die Waschstraße unverrichteter Dinge! Echt schade bis jetzt wahr ich die ganzen Jahre zufrieden!

Terrible service
Terrible service. The guy reluctantly agreed to take £45 to clean my car "because it was raining" and then gave me the cheapest car wash. When I pointed out that he needed to make sure the wheels were clean he said no and refused to clean my car. He did give the money back after a fight but withheld £5 for a terrible car wash. I then went to Sainsbury who did an amazing job.
