Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

I use these guys on a regular basis for valets & car washes. They are super friendly, professional in their job and very competitive on price. I really can't say enough good things about them! I obviously highly recommend 👌

Neue App downloaden - zwingend notwendig
Nachdem ich am vergangenen Wochenende vor dem Problem stand mit der alten App mein Auto waschen zu wollen und ich mit dem sehr netten Mitarbeiter vor Ort alles mögliche versucht hatte über die alte App Version doch eine Autowäsche zu starten, kam ich nicht drum herum die neue App herunter zu laden. Nachdem ich dies getan hatte, ging alles ganz schnell. QR-Code hatte funktioniert und ich konnte wie gewohnt mein Auto durch die Waschanlage fahren lassen. Für alle die seit längerem nicht mehr vor Ort waren, es ist wohl jetzt ein neues Team vor Ort und die Beschwerden über unfreundliche Mitarbeiter kann ich in keinster Weise bestätigen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht.

Ultra pathetic customer service
Had bought 12 ultra hd car wash. Went today for a car wash and ultra HD is broken as well as the side rotatory which has not been working for many many months. The attenders are alway happy and welcoming. As the attender told me that it's only rain guard they can do as its the one below the one which I paid for in way advance, he said he can't do the one above as that's the direction from the main office. I called the customer service and as conveniently for the company, they are not working. It's a courtesy of the company to treat their customers well, specially who have paid in advance and company is happily keeping the money with them. Such a bad customer service in all accord. had a triple wash for £8.50 at London Colney. Left the car with water droplets which dried into white spots. Mirrors and windscreens in the same condition. Sills not done.

Had very sticky car washed over weekend, poor guy at Christchurch was all alone but managed to keep smiling and very polite. Car was as expected and will definitley be using again.

Shocking customer service cancelling subscription …
I am appalled by the customer service given to my visually impaired partner he has been using his subscription for years, every year they cancel the subscription saying they are unable take direct debit and then reinstate after checking with our bank to see what was happening to find out they had never tried to take payment (funds are always available, with email complaints and telephone calls. This time round the customer service team state there’s no phone lines (we spoke to someone and they said we would be called in 48hrs - still no call a week later) and emails stating he would need to reinstate with the app - not able to do 1 cause his vi 2 cause his subscription isn’t on there and they are wanting a new subscription with less offer. It’s seems to be all about the money than looking after your clients whom has recommended you over the years, and built a good relationship with our local branch.

NEUES AUTO zerkratzt!!!!
Gestern am 14.09.24 um ca. 18 Uhr mit meinem neuen Auto (BMW x4) dort gewesen. Auto wurde vom Mitarbeiter zerkratzt. Am Radlauf hinten links + Fahrerseite an der Tür. Mein Pech war es, dass ich es erst zuhause gemerkt habe. Rechtliche Schritte müssen eingeleitet werden…. Für 20€ das teuerste bezahlt. Bei dem vorderen Auto wurden die Felgen sehr sehr gründlich mit dem Hochdruckreiniger gewaschen. Bei meinem Auto nicht mal richtig draufgehalten. Neid ?

Poor service at imo portchechester
Used imo portchester for years and years for all 3 family cars, always been a bit pricey but was ok with that because I believed it was a quality product. Used it today, paid £19 for top ceramic wash and no coating fluid was applied. Car came out wet and with no coating. Said about it to the operator who said ‘not my problem, nothing I can do’. Oh well, won’t be using again!
