Shocking customer service cancelling subscription …

I am appalled by the customer service given to my visually impaired partner he has been using his subscription for years, every year they cancel the subscription saying they are unable take direct debit and then reinstate after checking with our bank to see what was happening to find out they had never tried to take payment (funds are always available, with email complaints and telephone calls. This time round the customer service team state there’s no phone lines (we spoke to someone and they said we would be called in 48hrs - still no call a week later) and emails stating he would need to reinstate with the app - not able to do 1 cause his vi 2 cause his subscription isn’t on there and they are wanting a new subscription with less offer. It’s seems to be all about the money than looking after your clients whom has recommended you over the years, and built a good relationship with our local branch.
