Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.

Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Der Mitarbeiter an der Waschanlage ist unfreundlich und betrügt. Habe vor zwei Wochen 21 Euro gezahlt und gedrückt hat er nur eine Komplettpfege. Wunderte mich und hab heute diese für 11 Euro verlangt wo er auch diese Taste drückte. Vermisse den Mitarbeiter vor diesem. Dieser war sehr nett und da ist mir so etwas nie passiert.

Had the XTR ceramic wash £19 apparently lasts 5 times longer etc! Following morning came out and the car was covered in dimples of dust and in a worse state than before it had been cleaned. We went back to complain as it clearly needed doing again met with aggressive behaviour and threats. No customer service what so ever said we had to pay again, I wanted to speak to the manager or boss! Apparently I was told if he comes down you’ll never come back! Nice attitude. Do not use these guys!!

I usually always go here for a car wash…
I usually always go here for a car wash but today my car got damaged and they basically laughed at me when I came back to report it. Told me it must have been there before but your car was just dirty so the dust hid it. Which I thought was a poor attitude to have. Luckily I have footage from home that shows my car not damaged before the wash. Also the damage is eye height on both passenger doors so I think I’d know if it was damaged beforehand. The damage is deep as if grinded by something metal which I assume is the roller as it’s the same height on both doors.

I visit Eastbourne to visit family three/four times a year, After a long drive south along the motorways my car tends to end up very dirty and the children leave the rear seats in an awful mess and one time my son stained the rear seat with ink from a pen. Near to the family home there is an IMO car wash which I have been using for some years. Whilst my family and I visit places nearby I leave my almost new VW at the IMO car wash, I leave the car keys with James the manager who whilst we are out visiting puts the car through the wash and cleans the inside. James even managed to remove the ink stain, We return later in the day to collect the car. James has never let us down, The car is spotless inside and out and we have never have had a problem. In this day and age it is comforting to know that I can leave my expensive car at the IMO wash with James and not have to worry. I have known James for some years now and I have been meaning to leaves a review for some time .

Die Reinigungswalzen blockierten in der Waschstraße. Um die Mitarbeiter zu informieren, hupte ich, aussteigen wäre zu riskant gewesen. Man schrie! mich mehrfach an, hupen wäre überflüssig...man hätte es auch so bemerkt.. Der Wagen kam mit dreckigem Fahrzeugdach aus der Waschstrasse, ungetrocknet. Nicht zu empfehlen, unserös und unverschämt, zusätzlich Leistung mangelhaft! Eine Ersatzreinigung wurde nicht angeboten.

Falsche Kunden- und Felgenorientierung
Man muss -glaube ich- klar unterscheiden zwischen der jeweiligen Waschstation und dem grundsätzlichen Firmengebahren von IMO. Meine Erfahrungen in Brühl (bei Köln) sind: Auto wird größtenteils sauber, leider nie richtig trocken und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr häufig unfreundlich (vermutlich schlecht bezahlt) und können gerade ausreichend deutsch. Meine Erfahrungen zur Firma: Die App funktioniert hervorragend beim Bezahlvorgang (wenn die Mitarbeiter den QR-Code scannen können/wollen), lässt den Kunden aber über die erbrachte Leistung bewusst im Unklaren. An keiner Stelle kann man dort einen Beleg über die durchgeführte Wäsche finden. Auch einen Bon oder gar eine Quittung erhält man niemals - auch nicht bei Nachfrage! Hier ignoriert man klare Regelungen des Gesetzgebers, weil es keine Strafen gibt. Die Felgen sind offenbar das Hauptaugenmerk von IMO, denn damit kann man wohl richtig Geld machen. Zwar weist jede Autowäsche eine "Felgenwäsche" aus, aber das ist noch lange keine "Felgenreinigung" wie in anderen Waschanlagen! Wer das möchte, muss extra zahlen (obwohl die Preise schon recht hoch sind). Und wer auf die Idee kommt, seine Felgen vorher mit dem eigenen Reiniger einzusprühen, sollte sich vor den Mitarbeitern der Waschstation verstecken und hüten. Es scheint so, als ob IMO den Mitarbeitern klare Anweisungen erteilt habe, bei solchem Vorgehen rigoros vorzugehen und das zu unterbinden. Wie schon manche andere Nutzer hier bemerkt haben, ist das den Betrieben ganz offensichtlich ein Dorn im Auge. Ach - zu "guter" Letzt: Falls IMO hier mit der üblichen Aussageantworten sollte: "Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie keine positiven Erfahrungen mit IMO gemacht haben. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns unter info-at-imowash.de und wir können dies für Sie prüfen. Vielen Dank" - bei diesem Kontakt habe ich die Erfahrung gemacht, dass man ruhig 3x schreiben und einen Monat warten kann. Das Ergebnis bleibt immer gleich: NULL ! Naja, sie schreiben ja auch "können prüfen" und nicht "werden prüfen". Fazit: Da das Staubsaugen kostenlos ist, gebe ich 2 Sterne, aber mehr geht überhaupt nicht.

Poor Customer Service and Unorthodox Marketing
I drove in to the Houghton Regis branch about 5 minutes ago for an Eco car wash. Upon requesting for this service offering, the attendant, Rasha inspected the car and recommended a more expensive offering. When I asked why, he said they are only permitted to spend a maximum of 1 minute for their external clean prior to the automated wash and based on the state of the tyres they would need to spend some some more minutes for which they would charge me extra. I asked him for the package for the extra minutes way and he was unable to point it out on their notice board. I then spoke with the Supervisor who identified himself as Elbonet. To my utmost surprise, he justified the explanation of his staff but did not identify the service package on their notice board. I immediately reminded him that due to the proximity of my recent work location I have patronised them thrice but based on this contrived service offering, I am unlikely to revisit. IMO car wash has a standard and name to maintain and I strongly of the opinion that marketing services that are undocumented and unofficial will do a great disservice to the robust image of the business.

Guthaben in der App ist plötzlich verschwunden, es werden auch keine Transaktionen, Aufbuchungen mehr angezeigt. Gutscheine werden vor Ort nicht richtig eingelöst, so dass doch der volle Betrag bezahlt werden muss. Die App bitte nicht verwenden!
