Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.

Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Nicht das erste mal das mein Fahrzeug nach einer Wäsche für 15€ nicht wirklich sauber wird . Dabei rede ich nicht von verklebten Insekten oder der gleichen,sondern nur von ganz normalem Autobahnschmutz. Und von den Schlieren nach dem trocknen ganz zu schweigen. Zu guter letzt jetzt noch ein Schaden ,hat den Heckscheibenwischer hochgeklappt und den Arm soweit über drückt das er nicht mehr von leicht anzulegen geht . Wäre ja auch gar nicht das Problem,wenn sich 1. Der Anlagenbetreiber wenigstens etwas zuständig fühlen würde ( unmögliches Benehmen ) und 2. Sich bei IMO wenigstens in der Sevice-Abteilung jemand zuständig fühlen würde und das Telefonat mal annimmt. 2h ununterbrochen versucht und ständig kein freier Mitarbeiter. !!! Ein Unding und das aller letzte. Bin mal gespannt wie es weiter geht . Zur Not gibt es ja öffentliche Plattformen...

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit
Ich bin gestern durch die Waschanlage gefahren und es war alles Top. Mein Auto strahlte, ich kann dies nur weiterempfehlen und werde es weiter nutzen. Die Freundlichkeit des Mitarbeiters war toll, sollten sich andere mal ne Scheibe abschneiden. 5 Sterne

Absolut enttäuschend – nie wieder!
Ich habe mein Auto durch diese Waschstraße gefahren, und das Ergebnis war eine Katastrophe. Meine Felgen wurden komplett zerkratzt! Vor Ort habe ich sofort eine Schadensaufnahme gemacht, in der Hoffnung, dass die Waschstraße den Schaden übernimmt. Statt einer ordentlichen Entschädigung wurde mir lediglich ein Gutschein angeboten – eine Frechheit! Ein Gutschein bringt mir bei solchen Schäden gar nichts. Man scheint sich hier nicht wirklich für die Zufriedenheit der Kunden zu interessieren. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder hierhin kommen und kann jedem nur raten, diese Waschstraße zu meiden, wenn man Wert auf sein Auto legt.

Honestly the best car wash i have been to. I go there once every 2 weeks now, very affordable prices and quick service. The people that work there are very kind and tentative. Recommend to anyone in the tonbridge/kent area.

Washing my car in O2 centre parking car wash IMO usually. last time 3-10-24 it was the worst they stoped me and the let another car to go in the lane when i ask them why is that they said we have problem with this car, thats fine but why you did not put the car after the lane? they said in rude language GO OUT we can not give service.

The worker on a Friday t time was very aggressive when I told him my car had cought the wall and smashed my indicator and scratched all the paint work He told me where to park the car and to keep it running while I was in the car wash. I thought it was supposed to be a car wash not a car crash I won't be going to this place again.

Watered down products used!
The leyton branch use watered down products, and if you use a discount code they give you such bad service. When I looked at the tube spraying out car shampoo, it was as if it was just water. When I came out of the car wash my car was still dirty (they didnt use decreaser as i used a discount code). This isnt the first time this happened. I thought maybe it was just once but this is my 2nd visit here at the Leytom branch and same thing again. I normally use the Barking branch which is amazing, always get a good clean and they use proper products. I think I will send an email to IMO, this really isnt acceptable.
