Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

I had used this car wash for years but on the last occasion my car was badly dented by the over eager operative who decided to push my car on to the track. I complained and was told to take my car to Stevenage to get the dent removed. Dreadful service and I certainly won’t be returning

Im letzten Drittel gab es einen Schlag und das Fahrzeug senkte sich. Ich bemerkte draußen, dass ein Nebelscheinwerfer total verbogen war, der Kühlergrill und eine Leiste gebrochen war. Ich reklamierte, der Mitarbeiter wollte mit dies nicht bestätigen, wurde frech und wollte seinen Namen nicht nennen. Gutachter eingeschaltet: Schaden 1.800,-. und zum Glück auch Rechtsanwalt. Geht jetzt vor Gericht

Viel zu lange Wartezeit
Viel zu lange Wartezeit, der neue Mitarbeiter gibt sich allerdings sehr viel Mühe, der frühere Mitarbeiter war oft sehr unfreundlich. Und nicht nur er. Das war mal meine Traum-Waschanlage.

Why do people pay for this?
I recently had two new tyres fitted on my alloys so there was some white "soap" (or whatever it is called when they lubricate the tyre side walls to help them on the wheels) on the rims of the wheels. I paid £10.50 for a total wax. The dried white soap on the alloys is still present the car wash had not removed any of it. It is not baked on or stubburn I can actually remove it by rubbing my finger just lighty accross soap residue. If one finger can remove it for free why can't a £10.50 ino car wash? Next time I will go to the hand car wash down the road which is cheaper and they generally do a better job

Schlechte Reinigung, schlechte Beratung, mangelhafter Service
Leider waren sowohl Waschergebnis als auch Information mangelhaft. Darüberhinaus war leider auch das Servicepersonal unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Ich bin mit einem quasi sauberen Auto (individuelle Handwäsche am 20.06. nur 3 Tage vorher, letzte automatisierte Reinigung bei IMO-Car Wash Karlsruhe am 10.06.) nach 400km Autobahnfahrt wegen Insekten an der Fahrzeugfront und an den Rückspiegeln zur Waschanlage "IMO Car Wash - Karlsruhe" gefahren. In der irrigen Annahme, ich könnte die Insektenspuren schnell und günstig beseitigen lassen. Mir wurde allerdings gesagt ich muss eine Intensivreinigung (Aufpreis 3,50 Euro) kaufen (inkl intensive Felgenreinigung etc.). Meine Frage, ob nicht beim Standardprogram auch eine manuelle Vorwäsche dabei ist wurde bejaht (nur eben nicht so intensiv). Als "Manuelle Vorreinigung" wurde mein Auto dann feucht gemacht, ca 20 Sekunden mit dem Hochdruckreiniger aus der Ferne benetzt - an sich kein Ding, das Auto war ja sauber - allerdings auch keine Bürste für Frontpartie oder Spiegel - keinerlei "Vorreinigung" dieser einzig relevanten Stellen. Das Auto kam dann im identischen Zustand wie vor der Wäsche aus der Waschanlage. Kritik oder Feedback unerwünscht. Ich habe die frischen Insektenspuren bei einem SB-Wasch 700m weiter in der Pulverhausstraße für 1,50 Euro dann einfach und erfolgreich in 2 Minuten selbst beseitigt. Fazit für mich: Bei IMO-Car-Wash- Karlsruhe erwartet Sie kein Service und leider auch keine Waschleistung ... ganz und gar nicht empfehlenswert. Funfakt: Meine ziemlich sauberen Fussmatten, kamen dreckiger aus der Mattenreinigungsanlage zurück als sie vorher waren ... da habe ich keine weiteren Fragen.

Didn’t get what I paid for
Paid £20 for the ceramic XTR treatment. This was supposed to include an alloy spa, hand wash of the chassis and wheels, waxing but I was not given that. They just lightly sprayed foam on my car and gave it a quick wash. Literally paid nearly 3 times the price for a conventional wash.

Very rubbish experience. People working there just everyone to go into the machine. No pre wash nor did they jet wash car properly before going in machine. Told them, they didn't care. Dont come here
