Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Finally Found My Go-To Car Wash in the UK! After moving to the UK, I was honestly so stressed about where to take my car for a proper clean. I went to several places, but none really impressed me—until I discovered IMO Car Wash in Hinckley. I recently visited for a full-service wash and interior clean, and I was genuinely impressed. The staff were super friendly and worked efficiently. The exterior wash left my car spotless and shiny, while the interior clean was detailed—even the tiny corners were taken care of! The only thing I’d love to see improved is the waiting area—it could use a few more amenities to make the wait more comfortable. But honestly, with the great service and reasonable pricing, that’s a small thing. I’m giving them a full 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely be going back!

I recently visited IMO Car Wash, and overall, it was a smooth and convenient experience. The process was quick — I didn’t even have to leave the car. The staff were helpful in guiding me through the options, and the pricing was quite reasonable for the service. The exterior wash was efficient, and my car came out looking clean and shiny. However, if you’re expecting a full detail or interior clean, this might not be the place — it’s more about speed and keeping your car looking fresh on the outside. For regular maintenance and when I’m short on time, I’d definitely use IMO Car Wash again. It’s fast, easy, and gets the job done.

Not worth it
Attended the car wash. I paid £22 for the best wash. The body work was fine however the wheels did not match up with the body work still filthy. The guy operating the system seemed to have little interest other than taking your money. I shall not use again

Pocketing?
Went today about half 4. Lad looked around and told me it was cash only today. I said I've only got my card, I'll come back another day. And he says 'ok, card.' and whips the card reader out and allows me to tap my card! So it's not broken then? And it's not cash only? Trying to pull a fast one and pocket some money I think!

Paid £19 cash for the top clean, got no change, car still had lots of dirty spots after. Very disappointed and would no way go back.
