Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Do NOT use if you care about your car! Instantly regretted going through this IMO car wash! Scratches all 4 of my Alloy wheels somehow. Like it’s had serious curb marks. Something caused by whatever pulls the car through! Probably did not fit in correctly as I did feel something off mid way and when it came off the conveyer! Yet to check the paint work in the morning! The wheels still came out dirty! Doesn’t clean the wheels at all. Does not dry the car either, leaving water marks all over the body. Not worth it all ALL. Nothing like a good old hand car wash! Nothing g beats it. This has been my biggest regret in a while today! Wasn’t even meant to go for a wash, but just decided to btw! Should have avoided!

Very poor Quality wash
Very poor Quality wash Paid £10.00 for a wash found dried bird mess still on bonnet when I got home. Contacted IMO via their website telling them of my disappointment, needless to say no response. I understand things go wrong but the measure of a company is how they put things right. In the case of this Company no response whatsoever. This demonstrates that they just don’t care.

Aggressive and rude
Went to use this car wash this morning and missed that there was a closed for maintenance sign, as there was other cars driving in I followed. One of the workers came out aggressively shouting at me calling me stupid, I had my young child in the car and this upset him. I rolled down my window and called out to please not speak to me like that but was then ignored. Iv used this car wash regularly but will no longer come here. I found another cheaper car wash near by that I will frequent instead. This is not the way to speak to customers for making a simple mistake.

Awful, van in front of me drove out and completely ruined the system for cars to move forward, sat for 5 minutes waiting for my car to be dried before being told to come round and have it dried by hand, would have rather had my money back than a hand dried car with a chamois that's come from God knows where.

The worst car wash ever . Pain 19 pounds car came out all dirty. Excuses was our brushless not working properly. So I said you should tell me before I would no go to wash the car then. Response was we not allowed to tell this.

Dirty cars and bad service
The car wash is quite possibly the worst and over priced scam you could pay for just don’t and the customer service is literally non existent! The car wash I paid was £18 and the car came out no cleaner. The windows were still dirty, the car still had dirt marks on it and dust! The guy when I asked him didn’t bother getting off his phone and just wiped it with a cloth and said ok bye and walked away! Save ya money and go to a local hand car wash these are crap!

I went to use my stored Diamond Wash in my wallet that I paid for last time I went and it’s not there. Read the t&cs and was shocked to see that my purchase had to be used within one month of purchase. This is criminal! ONE MONTH???? Gift vouchers in retail stores have one year, CEX give ONE HUNDRED YEARS to use their vouchers! Nothing to explain in the app! App is useless and the “contact us” form doesn’t work. They have stolen my money.

Filthy car, refused to reclean til I refused to move
Went yesterday to the Portrack, stockton on tees, I had to pay extra which wasn’t a problem because was a little dirtier than most cars, which I still tipped, this wasn’t on the price list to pay extra might I add, I drove off, got home and my car was full of marks still, went back this morning, the guy working said he wouldn’t clean my car, it wouldn’t come out, i said well why did I pay extra? He said not my fault, I said I’m not leaving til you clean my car like I paid extra for, cars behind me agree as I was very angry and frustrated as he was rude and speaking to me terrible, both cars, which were men agreed he wouldn’t of done this if I was a man, I refused to leave TIL they cleaned my car, he sprayed it, he said it’s not coming off I said you just blasted it, do it a little longer and it will, which he had to do as I was refusing to leave and it’s all come out clean, good job I stood my ground and didn’t let this bully try and rip me off. Never ever go there, disgusting treatment.
