Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Had triple wash on pre wash young man…
Had triple wash on my car first they done a pre wash young man was concentrating on a area on the car I thought great do a good job when finished went home had look around to find 50pence size of top lacquer missing went back spoke to so called Manager he said you had bird poo on car and the sun must have softened the varnish and there is nothing we can do so I paid £7.50 for damage that will cost me over £100+ to put back as it was stay away from this car wash

Scratched the paint off my car
Came through this morning only for my bonet to be covered in stratches which have took the paint fully off my car!! Went back to see the guy to try and resolve who started shouting at me infront of a huge queue of customers telling me this damage was definitely caused by a stone! Awful customer service!!

Das war das letzte Mal
Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich dort auch nur einen Cent gelassen habe! Der Mitarbeiter fiel schon des Öfteren als sehr ungehalten und unfreundlich auf, aber als ich letzte Woche Freitag gegen Mittag mein Auto waschen lassen wollte und eine Frage in der App hatte wurde dieser so ungehalten und schrie mich an ich solle zur Seite fahren und nicht den Betrieb aufhalten. Ja es wird langsam Sommer und es war etwas mehr Betrieb, allerdings nicht so enorm, dass es auch nur annähernd sein Verhalten gerechtfertigt hätte! Wenn man keine Lust auf seinen Job hat, dann sollte man ihn besser wechseln, anstatt die zahlende Kundschaft unverschämt anzubrüllen! Vor allem, da dieser Mitarbeiter immer mies gelaunt und unverschämt ist!

Trockner schlecht, zu viel Schaum
Der Trockner hat das Wort nicht verdient. Man muss danach zusätzlich noch mit dem Leder,bis auf das Dach und die Haube, alles nachledern. Öffnet man nach dem Waschgang alle Türen und die Heckklappe, darf man die vorhandenen Schaumreste im Einstieg und an den Heckseiten auch noch wegwischen.

Sauber aber Schaum durchlässig
Mein Auto wurde wirklich sehr sauber aber leider leider war der hintere Sitz komplett mit Schaum. Als ich die Tür öffnete war ebenfalls am ganzen Türrand Schaum was auf die Sitze tropfte. Die Türen wurden natürlich vorher richtig geschlossen. War auch das erste Mal dort ich würde nochmal hingehen. Von außen wurde mein Auto aber sehr sauber.

Unfähiges/Unhöfliches Personal
Stand heute in der korrekten Warteschleife dieser Waschanlage und vorn sind andere Autos einfach gerade rein gefahren. Als ich mich dann auch breit machte, kam der Betreiber, bedrohte und beschimpfte mich als Wic**er und ich soll die Fre**e halten. Desweiteren stand ich auch schon mehrfach während der Öffnungszeiten vor verschlossenen Türen, auch da macht der Betreiber was er will.

I am utterly appalled at the 2 people who are running this car wash. I pulled up towards the entrance and the 2 men were looking at me, looking away and laughing to each other making me feel very uncomfortable. This carried on until I was gestured to move forward, which I did. I was then shouted at, as my window was closed I opened it to ask what he was saying. He very aggressively shouted “watch what you are doing, watch me now go back”. I had gone too far forward but he didn’t say stop, I told him I was watching him and he didn’t say stop. They were rude, aggressive, intimidating and quite frankly had awful attitudes. I paid £7.50, my car is new with an electric hand break. This upset the guy that I couldn’t release it, he lent in the car and did it. It’s still dirty, I have scuff marks from the inside of the car wash, my wing mirrors were pointing the wrong way. Never will I ever attend this place again and will be sure to warn any lone female to avoid it as well.
