The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

I have only been using id mobile for 2 months and today I am unable to make or receive calls. This is obviously affecting my job and homelife but cannot find any information on what the issue is or any estimates on when this will be resolved. Id mobile have not made contact either....

rate 1 star as id mobile does not have customer service nowhere to contact . 1,poor network coverage 2. my contract ended and i changed to sim only for Β£10gbp but id mobile collected previous contract monies Β£45 gbp instead of new sim only price which was never understood ,nor any reply to refund ,

"Iβm very disappointed with the service and network reliability. The connection keeps dropping, calls arenβt coming through, and the service is down now. This cause me considerable trouble and distress. Iβm formally raising a complaint, especially as Iβm also unable to access my account and the chat is operated by robot and it prevents me from connecting to Human customer service.

Network down. Can't make/ recieve or even txt. I had important calls to make and received In My household we all ID mobile, so I couldn't use other phone to carry on with my life. This is unacceptable ALL DAY!!!. Not first time !!

I finish my contract with them and now I want to switch to different provider and ask for pac there is no help and online agent purposely didn't give me the pac number very disappointed

No network all day today which is ridiculous. Can't make or receive any calls. Their service checker just says they are aware and are working on it. Totally unacceptable. They may be cheap but if they don't provide a service then no point in being with them! Will be looking to move.

Cant make or receive calls!! This is the second time since January this has happened! I have children and the nursery can not contact me! Its a disgrace its now 5pm and its still not on! Will be taking this further as i can guarantee there wont be any sort of offering of a refund for the huge inconvenience this has caused!

Network down again all day today, barely any signal when the network is actually up and running. Can't speak to anyone as they want all communication through online chat box (even this isn't working today). They have sent me different sim cards to 'resolve the connection issue' in the past, which of course didnt work. On my holiday abroad I couldnt get a signal even once. No email or text to let us know the network has gone down or it might be working again. Silly to expect any communication from a communication company. I honestly think they offer unlimited calls and data because you can't ever get a signal so you won't be using much data anyway. I hope no ID Mobile customers needed to call 999 today...would be very grateful if they would release me from my contract early without financial penalty.
