Worst provider in the UK

Network down again all day today, barely any signal when the network is actually up and running. Can't speak to anyone as they want all communication through online chat box (even this isn't working today). They have sent me different sim cards to 'resolve the connection issue' in the past, which of course didnt work. On my holiday abroad I couldnt get a signal even once. No email or text to let us know the network has gone down or it might be working again. Silly to expect any communication from a communication company. I honestly think they offer unlimited calls and data because you can't ever get a signal so you won't be using much data anyway. I hope no ID Mobile customers needed to call 999 today...would be very grateful if they would release me from my contract early without financial penalty.
