The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

I have a 2 month old iPhone 15 - new. It is overheating and getting so hot it is at risk of bursting into flames! Contacted id mobile. Told to take it to Currys shop. Went in and told nothing they can do about it other than send it away which can take 28 days! I have no other phone to use unfortunately. Also suggested I try to claim off my own insurance! I now have a 2 month old iPhone which is too dangerous to use!

Before I joined the system said that reception in my area was good, which it's not. The system has now gone down for majority of the day so far, so I can't use my phone unless connected to WiFi. Unfortunately I have a 2 year contract which I can't wait to end so I can change back to my previous provider.

This has got to be the worst company ever to go with I have a contract with this company and I’m a year into my contract and Iv had continuous problems . The signal is crap the phone over heats has done since day dot and right now I can’t make ot receive txts or calls . I need my phone 24/7 as a mother so my kids can get hold of me with emergency’s . I do not rate this company atall . The worst ever !!!

I find today I can't make or receive calls. from this morning i cant call or speak with anyone. Frustrating. Text service works though.... so could be worse.
