The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Going through the chat line is a complete waste of time no help whatsoever spent 2days trying to resolve my problem with no resolution at all this company needs to employ people that can help and understand what the customer is asking I would recommend not to use ID mobile

Cancelled contract with Vodafone & moved to iD Mobile - best move ever. Excellent value for Sim only contract. Great!

2 contracts wit ID. On both phones We have big problem to call land lines. Try to contact with coustomer service then...only messenger π€π. They expect from me 3 last land line e phones nr where I called and had issue!- Who is calling more then 3 times to land line in 48h. Just ones to restaurant order food and... nowhere! Problem still exists!

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Dishonest and passed between them and Carphone warehouse both sets of staff happy to blame the other.

The signal around where I work in pontllanfraith is non existent also in rhymney and loads of other places I never had this issue with Vodafone over the last 10 years

Avela was really helpful - website is pretty "quirky" (broken in places) which made it tricky, but I got a great deal
