The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

I recently switched from Lebara to ID Mobile as I wanted more data and ID were offering a more attractive package, but I wish I hadn't. Now I get 80GB per month, but if only I could use it. Most of the time the performance seems choked so much that I'm unlikely to get close to using 80GB!

Do not go with this company. There is something wrong with their security which allows hackers to change your details. And their customer service is awful. Their live chat is so slow. It takes almost 5 minutes to get a reply to each question. They are cheaper than other companies but having your phone number moved to a hackers eSIM isn't worth the cheaper price

Paid Β£9.90 for the photos, then they took Β£39.90 but I have never received a single picture and they have refused to refund my money. The customer service is poor - do not use!

Sometimes there is not cover for normal calls, and can only place calls through WhatsApp. Sometimes the same thing happens only when calling certain numbers regardless of the other numbers network. If they could sort out that inconsistency, they will be top network for value for money.

ID is so easy to use. The app means you have access to your account to manage with ease.the allowance for roaming is important and has been invaluable. The signal is good and service excellent. Very pleased with ID. The packages are superb. Loads of data with a tiny price and a major network. What's not to like!
