The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Actually find ID mobile network fine in normal use but if you ever want customer service they are totally incompetent! I had an issue with charging - my complaint didn't receive an acknowledgement so I went on the chat. I explained the issue, the chat operator made counter arguments which I showed were not correct and when I asked what happened next they simply cut me off! No opportunity to get a transcript or anything - just cut off! My signal etc was fine so it was done at their end. Can't believe this is supposed to be customer service! Dates shown are approximate!
Network coverage is terrible. Love my phone. But cannot wait until my contract is up. And this is not a one time issue.. I should have done my home work beforehand. No point calling them. Because I can't lol
I haven't had any issues with iD ever! I had a prompt and swift setting up a new account with them. Although a bit tricky to contact customer services at first, I understand how to efficiently do this now. I am happy with the payments and the regularity of contact via email. Can't complain!
