The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

I visited the Samsung department in craigleith. To inquire regarding my length of contract. I am a 88 yr old lady who works well with iPad but not good with mobile. A young gentleman named Craig answered all my questions and more with patience and kindness as I’m a bit hard of hearing. A pleasure to visit the store. Changed my contract and saved me £10 a month. Very happy customer. Excellent service.
On the 18th of December 2024 I locked myself out of my phone so contacted ID Mobile who sent me a text to the locked phone which would enable me to lock it. No one advised me on how the access the text on my locked phone so I have now been without a phone 7 months. I kept contacting ID mobile and always got the same answer. I kept paying my direct debit until June then I cancelled it thinking this will make them sit up and take notice. It did - they referred my account to a debt collection agency and not I am a bad credit risk!
Have had no issues of strength of signal in my post code area but recently it has been very poor particularly around my house. I'm so glad I kept my landline as ID service/signal has been very poor lately. Can you pass on my comments to the technical team to see if they can get it back to where it was before
The worse mobile company I have ever dealt with. Try to speak to some one is almost impossible. Keep clear of this outfit.
