The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Getting the correct information about upgrades and in particular the process of upgrading takes some careful search. Got there in the end but considered moving provider during the process, just out of simple frustration. Glad I did not been with you for many years.

Very good and cheap tariff to what I was paying. But going on holiday to Europe for 3 weeks and hoping I do not have any data roaming charges

i can't fault id mobile for service reception quite good billing good too however i find the app awful in fact when i wanted to change my plan i tried for several hours without any luck, and in the end went into curry's to see if they could help ,fortunately they did

What more could a guy ask for ??? 108gb of data with free EU roaming all for Β£6 per month (with promotion) itβs absolutely fantastic, why pay triple more on contracts with big companies such as Vodafone, 3, EE & O2 ??? Makes no sense

Cost v service. IDMobile has really competitive packages however, the service is very patchy at best. My partner is with Vodafone and when we are together she has great service where I have the same signal strength but significant lag loading pages and maps etc. I wouldnβt go with them again. To good to be true! Pay a bit extra and get the service you pay for.
