The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Joining iD mobile

Joining iD mobile has been fine, the switch happened promptly and the phone and contract so far works well. There is a lot of emails sent from the company though which can be a little overwhelming.

Have never had any problems with them…

Have never had any problems with them since being with them,always get emails from them regularly informing me of any updates or different types of plans available and letting me know when my next payment is due I cannot fault them

I was currently with 3mobile changed to ID as offered cheaper sim deals took 2 contracts out, it's been a nightmare no signal rubbish I can't make calls, people can't contact me.
