The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Good company and linked to Currys, a household name. Easy set up, good value, competitive rates, bills as expected, followed through with incentive offer, good communication. Glad I chose this company.

Does what I expect - straightforward and value for money. Signal is on par with my previous provider but I no longer have data anxiety! Will see how roaming pans out but reads well. Shame not to be able to call and text overseas within βroamingβ but the overall package is very good.

The data speed is remarkable. Very happy as it is as fast as my home broadband. I prefer to use my data than home broadband because I have 500 GB data to use every month. Unused data rolls over. The prices are very good. I recommend ID Mobile to everyone.

Iβve been with ID since 2018. Seems pretty decent for what I need from a phone. Disappointed in not being able to keep my number because I bought a new phone. Didnβt change provider(ID) just got a better deal. Shame really. Will review in two years whether I stay as this doesnβt particularly inspire me to stay loyal.

Good prices and excellent service Reception is the best available for my area and it's a bonus that the prices are so affordable. I have more data than I could ever need and I only pay 10 pounds a month. Was with Three before, too expensive. Was with giffgaff, poor signal. ID has the best of both worlds! Would recommend.
