The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Lack of signal when I needed it, couldn't get 5g or even 4g. Had a week of not being able to check on elderly parents so went back to O2.

Signal is terrible in most places, missing calls all the time, can't use internet, wish I never went with them

I've only been with iD for several months, but upto now I've nor had any issues to complain about, unlike other providers whereby all sorts of problems came about. I would recommend iD to family and friends.

Been with ID for years, never any issues. Good app, easy to follow. upgrades really easy, help is readily available. Top drawer for me
