The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Web chat was rubbish but Facebook messenger great!

I tried to contact customer services using the web chat on the ID website but the person took about 5 minutes between each message and still didn't give me the information I wanted after 40 minutes. I contacted ID via Facebook messenger and spoken to someone called Kieran who helped me resolve my issue within 5 minutes!

No bonus or coverage

1. I still have not got my joining bonus. Although I do get a daily email about something I’m not interested in. 2. The coverage is poor. I. Used to be with giffgaff and there network was so much better

Phone stolen, new number and account πŸ‘

From I started with you a couple of years ago l haven't had any reason to complain, when l had my phone stolen and had to cancel my old contract and number it was all sorted in-store without any problems, thanks very much.

Purchased a sim 2 months ago with…

Purchased a sim 2 months ago with roaming of 30gb included after a week trip to France instead of Β£10 bill I get a bill for Β£34.99.my advice go elsewhere to a reputable supplier there are hidden charges they don’t tell you about like if you connect to a satellite network when abroad even though you will be unaware of it you will be charged. Also no call centre to contact taken me a week to get to the bottom of this avoid avoid avoid scammers out to con you out of money have reported to ombudsman
