Fantastic quality and a good price. I bought the "Kabuki" style mat and with how great it looks i might have to theme my setup around it! Great range of sizes available, delivery was quite slow (6 days after ordering) but was well worth the wait.

Received a misprinted custom mouse pad end of last year! that I wanted to give as a present. My first messages were answered, asking to provide more details. After doing so, it's just silence. Tried replying to tickets, providing details on Trustpilot, creating new tickets... nothing! Honestly the only reason for this unbelievably bad customer service I can think of is that ID Gaming has financial issues or something, so I expect a declaration of bankruptcy every moment now.

Very fast delivery and amazing quality of a product

Bought a 40x90 mouse/desk pad. Super nice, really high quality feel, nice smooth surface and grippy backing, really cool detailed high res designs.

Me compré una alfombrilla el pasado 23/03/2025 y todavía no me ha llegado. El motivo es que está retenida en aduanas y he tenido que pagar 50€ (35€ de gestión de aduanas y 15€ de IVA) a pesar de que en su página se indica claramente SIN GASTOS DE ADUANAS PARA LA UE… En fin, pasados 3meses desde la compra ni siquiera se si me llegará o no y ya he pagado más de lo que me costo…luego intentas comunicarte con ellos para que te lo expliquen y no responde nadie, un desastre y una estafa.

Best mousepad I’ve owned in a long time super high quality and fully matches my setup. Ordering was also stress free with fast delivery, thank you guys will shop again if i decide to change design :)

The image on my mouse pad was extremely pixelated, when I viewed the preview I was lead to believe it’d be much better quality. Other than that the mouse pad is fine but most of the reason I went this route was for the image.

I just received my package. Didn’t wait to long, just 4 or 5 days and I was so excited when I got it! And it didn’t let me down, the package was handled with care and the mousepad was everything I hoped it would be! I normally don’t leave reviews but they’ve gain a costumer for life and I’ll recommend it to my friends! Great quality!

Looks better than expected. Beautiful picture. The matterial feels good and the mouse movement is very smooth on it. It smells horrible, but luckily I can wash it in the washing machine.

Amazing Quality off print, vibrant colours and glidable surface! Couple things to mention: The smell off the product is nauseating, highly recommended airing it out or spraying with colone. Also the outer edges are marginally curved but barely visable. Would 10/10 recommend, overall quality is excellent and product fits description 👍

Fabulous quality and lovely designs - just what I needed. They were a little let down by the delivery company who lost the item for a week and needed to be prodded to find it and get the delivery done.

Bought 3 mats from this company and ordered the wrong size by mistake. I asked if I could return the mats and buy the larger size, firstly it took nearly a month to get a response! Then I was told they don’t do exchanges. However, AT NO point during the buying process did they highlight this. I would never have bought from them if I knew this. The company told me this critical information is hidden in their FAQ!!! I had no reason to visit their FAQs. Now I’m left with three mats I can’t use and a company who won’t help. Please be aware of how this company operate. 21 May update. Asked for more details which I’ve supplied and still no response

What a fantastic mouse mat, it is far superior then any I have had over many years. The finish is superb, beautifully finished and believe it or not, it is washable. The mat surface is realy good and picks up my mouse movement very accurately. I fully recommend ID Gaming without reservation.

I wasn’t planning to leave a review this early, but idGaming emailed me requesting one—so here we go. The website claims rush shipping takes 3 to 5 days, but U.S. customers should take note: this does *not* apply to you. Realistically, you're looking at 10 days at best. I'm currently on day 13, and based on the tracking information provided, there’s still no estimated delivery date. Customer service cited a single UK bank holiday as the reason for the delay. One day shouldn’t result in a delay of over a week. As for their customer service—it’s barely that. Responses are slow and lack any meaningful detail or assistance. Edited for ID response (I created the orginal ticket on the 8th and responded to that via email from that point on. I can share those responses or lack of responses if you like. ) Disappointed overall, especially given the expectations set by their website.
