Received a misprinted custom mouse pad…
Received a misprinted custom mouse pad end of last year! that I wanted to give as a present. My first messages were answered, asking to provide more details. After doing so, it's just silence. Tried replying to tickets, providing details on Trustpilot, creating new tickets... nothing! Honestly the only reason for this unbelievably bad customer service I can think of is that ID Gaming has financial issues or something, so I expect a declaration of bankruptcy every moment now.
