Didn’t know much about the company spent £60 on a custom mousepad was worried that the design I made might look bad but the quality is on point and the feeling of the mousepad is the best I’ve ever had so i definitely recommend

BAD customer service and overall don’t think i will get any package! i ordered a custom pad on may 3rd & they promise for it to be shipped next working day (which would be may 5th), we’re now here over a week later and no sign of it being dispatched. i contact them may 6th and they say it will be dispatched the next day instead, it didn’t. contact them again may 8th and they say it’s been delayed because they have a bank holiday in the UK and it will be dispatched today now. i check again may 9th now and surprise! it hasn’t been shipped. we’re now may 10th asking when this will be shipped STILL and they’ve stop responding entirely. don’t buy from here.

Mousepad it’s great, but the delivery partner in Italy is awful. I waited my package about a week since it was at warehouse (gls)

Absolutely solid. Came in good time and it was very much worth the wait. Beautiful design and quality. I bought three mousepads and each is more than perfect. The small drawstring bags you receive them in are super convenient and lovely, especially if you bought multiple pads and don’t plan on using every one constantly. 10/10, if I’m looking for a mousepad in the future, friend or myself, I’ll come back for sure and refer them to IDgaming.

Actually amazing quality. Customised a 900x400 mouspad and damn, it looks amazing, better then I imagined. Pretty fast delivery from UK and nice packaging!

La calidad de impresión es impecable, la calidad de los materiales es muy buena, y la presentación del producto está muy cuidada, lo único es que la alfombrilla llegó un poco manchada, tiene un desperfecto en la costura y hay que tener cuidado con los bordes pues aunque encajes la imagen como te piden, acaban llevándose un poco más de la imagen. Por el precio que vale, me parece un buen servicio

Ive been trying to contact them since april 14th because my order is stuck and never arrived. They have people replying their socials but not enought people for customer service? sounds like a scam

High quality mouse pad. The image is well scaled to the size of the pad. The colors are accurate to the ones on the website

The selection of desk mats was great. Thr mat itself is soft, thick, has a nice border stitching and grippy back so it doesn't slide around. The design is nice and clearly printed. Will buy more stuff from these guys in the future:)

Really poor customer service, contacted them nearly a month ago but no one has contacted me back!! Would never buy from them again radio silence and no contact phone number!!

I had a special request with a map print that needed to be to scale, and Sam from ID was happy to help me make sure it came out perfect. And it did: the print is crisp, the colours are good and the materials and finish are high quality. Can't recommend enough.

Ordered a pad with custom design. It was so easy, you literally just upload the picture, and shift it to the edges. The delivery was in time. It costed helluva lot for a pad, but when it came, all doubts went away, it was totally worth it. I would’ve posted a picture, but I don’t see an option in the review writing(

I wasn’t expecting much in terms of delivery speed, especially since I’m in Portugal and this came all the way from the UK, but now, it arrived incredibly fast. I was genuinely surprised at how quickly it got here, securely packaged and in perfect condition. As for the mousepad itself, it’s absolutely beautiful. The design is even more vibrant in person than it looked online. The surface feels premium, my mouse glides effortlessly, plus the non-slip base does it job well, it stays perfectly in place Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase. Fast shipping, gorgeous design and solid quality. Can’t ask for more!!
