Poor Experience
I wasn’t planning to leave a review this early, but idGaming emailed me requesting one—so here we go. The website claims rush shipping takes 3 to 5 days, but U.S. customers should take note: this does *not* apply to you. Realistically, you're looking at 10 days at best. I'm currently on day 13, and based on the tracking information provided, there’s still no estimated delivery date. Customer service cited a single UK bank holiday as the reason for the delay. One day shouldn’t result in a delay of over a week. As for their customer service—it’s barely that. Responses are slow and lack any meaningful detail or assistance. Edited for ID response (I created the orginal ticket on the 8th and responded to that via email from that point on. I can share those responses or lack of responses if you like. ) Disappointed overall, especially given the expectations set by their website.
