Good communication
It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

This is follow-up to my original review from June 30th. I echo others, stay far away from this provider! It is a scam, and they have looked into every angle to ensure they can legally scam the customer! As I said in the original review, I had to select an appointment date, and paid extra for first available appointment for the broadband/internet order. Noone showed up to the appointment. I am not a tech savvy person; therefore, I had not opted for a cheaper self-service option with other providers. Despite the impression of the appointment, they only mailed me a router, which does not look like an internet router and I cannot install it, there is no instruction, and it overheated when I plugged it. As a follow-up to my original review, i got a call and email, basically saying that i cannot cancel without fee, because i have passed their period, they decided to just mail me the router, and they see nothing wrong with this, If I want an engineer visit they will charge me based on their contract...so in other words, they are saying we got your money and you have no choice that is good for you as a customer! They obviously have put a lot of thought in identifying every aspect to make sure the customer would have no rightβ¦and the follow-up from customer service is very evident of this. I was given these choices: cancelling with fee, asking for a engineer visit at a fee, sending them a picture (which I had said multiple times, I cannot set it up that is why I have picked a more expensive option with a technician setting up the internet for me) So this review is just to let others know to not get fooled by the good reviews, this is the real thing and Avoid this big scam. If this was a good service, this is what Home telecome would have done: given that I had an appointment and had paid for, Home telecome would have sent the technician with the router to set my internet up as I had selected and had paid for this service. If at any given time, home telecom decided that this was the case, Home telecome should have contacted me and discussed the change and had given me to option to agree or disagree with this change, to cancel and refund fully but instead home teclecone set up a front of giving the impression of an appointment, did not show up to the appointment, told me that they made the decision for you and eventhough i had selected the first available appointment, it has passed the cancellation period As I said, really, they have made sure to scam legally in every possible way. Home Telecome could make this right by delivering what I had ordered, sending a technician to set up the internet, but after multiple exchanges with the customer service it is evident that they just donβt care and do not intend to the right thing

This company doesn't provide customer service. If you try to email them you'll get a "thanks for getting in touch, we aim to reply within 2 days" auto response and that's your lot. No doubt they'll reply to this review asking me to contact them so they can look into it. Clowns. Be warned, this ridiculous provider is owned by TalkTalk and to expect anything other than utter disdain when you need help is naΓ―ve.

Amazing, Magdalena was super helpful and reassuring. She explained everything really well and was very personable and reassured me about the whole process. Helped sort what wouldβve been an extra admin task for me in a few minutes.

Irgin, the guy who helped me set up the contract was very helpful, friendly and has a sense of humour. Very reliable, great experience, would recommend.
