Good communication
It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

Spoke with George and Laura today both regarding separate incidents and they were both very helpful both through live chat and telephone, very prompt and no need to repeat information makes a pleasant change in this society to speak with a real person. I was really surprised at how easy it was to upgrade my broadband as someone technologically able it may have been easier as I knew what I was asking for but nontheless very happy. I would rate 5 however when I emailed about the same thing about a month ago I had no response 5* for Laura and George 4* for the company themselves Please pass this information on as customer service is hard enough let alone not being praised for good work aswell.

The guy norbert was very patient with this old technophobe, talking me through every step to reset my router after a house move. Could not fault his knowledge and took me through every step with clear instructions. Top service ,thank you
