Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Delivery wrong sofa and damaged
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Frustrating
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Fast delivery of an excellent product. I had been looking for this bistro set and the price from Home Done was almost half of other stores for exactly the same item. I shall be shopping here again in the future and would highly recommend Home Done to others. Packaging was superb too...Thank you

Great delivery service. Communication the day before and on the day. Products in perfect condition from delivery. Wardrobe is amazing the only down fall was the handle screws weren’t wide enough and kept spinning but minor. Instructions simple to follow.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Ordered ottoman, was promised delivery on 2 separate occasions, however nothing ever came. They keep saying will chase it up, no one ever replies back. Told today at 16:45 delivery is still happening today by 20:00 and someone will call one hour before hand. Now 18;50, surprise surprise no call from depot as promised today and no ottoman and no one hour notice call. Never buy from this untrustworthy business!!!.. everyone you speak to sounds like they’re from abroad and no one knows whats happening to my Order except its coming today when we know it certainly is not.

The worse wardrobe ever, assembling is a pain and the 2 bits at the end that u have to glue on are a joke. Dont buy this wardrobe. Then I called them after it was delivered to pay them to come and assemble it. They said NO. Overall not happy

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Bought garden table with damaged parts. Unable to replace damaged parts but won't give refund. Customer service via phone pointless as they just tell you to email. Every email takes 2 days to reply to and all their emails employ delaying tactics to avoid addressing the issue. Now forced to go via charge back through credit card company.
