Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Delivered the wrong sofas but damaged as well. Trying to ask money for a return. Been arguing with these idiots for days can't get anywhere. So will get the bank involved and dispute the transaction if not your going to court. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Id give zero stars if i could!!! Absolutely unbelievable - I have never dealt with a company like it. Been passed from pillar to post, been lied to, been told I don't have any consumer rights, constantly kept speaking over me when ringing the company to find out where my item is. Had the phone put down on me. I ordered and paid for my item 2nd March and im yet to receive my item. This place needs shutting down, please do not buy from this company. It's more hassle than it's worth!

The customer care people don’t know how to treat customers well. Since my product was not delivered in between the given time frame I just called them to ask any exact date to deliver my item, and they don’t know any update regarding the delivery at least they can give me an updte regarding my order status at that time. And he told me that I don’t know english and I don’t understand english. Is that how to corporate with customers? Very disappointed and very bad customer service.

I wanted a raised bed for the garden, as I can no longer bend or kneel. There was a huge range to choose from, and the one I selected was in green metal. There order came very quickly, exceedingly well packed, and was easy to assemble with quite clear instructions and spare bolts! Excellent service and excellent product.
