The customer care people don’t know how…
The customer care people don’t know how to treat customers well. Since my product was not delivered in between the given time frame I just called them to ask any exact date to deliver my item, and they don’t know any update regarding the delivery at least they can give me an updte regarding my order status at that time. And he told me that I don’t know english and I don’t understand english. Is that how to corporate with customers? Very disappointed and very bad customer service.
