Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Delivery wrong sofa and damaged
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Frustrating
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

The bench was all marked the box it came in damaged it cost me £70 i got offered £7 or patial replacement. How can you partial replace a bench when all damaged. Hence i won't be using this company again

I have had so much stress from this…
I have had so much stress from this companies handling of my returned goods I provided everything they asked for ie proof of posting and photos taken by the courier I used . They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Still no refund . I will take it further if needs be .

Bad service
I bought a table here, I received a defective one. I asked to replace part of the table, they promised to do it. It will soon be two months, I still haven't received a replacement part and haven't returned my money. The service takes a long time to respond and doesn't fulfill its promises. I don't recommend buying here, there's nothing for anyone

Avoid This Company at All Costs – Scammers and Fraudsters! If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is an absolute disgrace, and I urge everyone to steer clear unless you want to be scammed. I ordered a wardrobe that was misdescribed, arrived damaged, and was missing parts. From that point on, it became a complete nightmare. I provided photos as evidence, yet they ignored my messages for weeks. When they finally responded, instead of resolving the issue, they had the audacity to tell me I could return the item but only if I paid £169 for the return! Realising I was being scammed, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. The company then decided to pick up the faulty wardrobe, but in an unbelievable act of fraud, they later claimed they never collected it! They reversed my refund, leaving me with nothing, despite sending countless emails to resolve the issue. I was left with no choice but to take them to a small claims court. Even then, they tried to offer a partial refund which I declined because they owed me the full amount. After 9 months of stress, lies, and legal action, I finally got my money back. This company is a complete scam operation. They rip off consumers, lie, ignore complaints, and refuse to take responsibility. If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Complete sham from start to finish
Complete sham from start to finish. Purchased a shed which didn't say would come in individual parts to build up. Yes we expected some building but it came in 3 parts!.as elderly people with limited mobility we tried to return the shed which was accepted bit would cost £200 to be returned. Was offered a refund of £30 to keep it which we accepted in the end as tried for more due to having to pay someone else to build it up which actually took 2 days as the instructions weren't clear. Anyway the refund hasn't been processed and we are over 4 weeks ago. Definitely wouldn't recommend and will not be purchasing anything from here again!

Charged us for £130 delivery, didn’t pay the delivery firm to put the sofa inside the house. The delivery people said they didn’t get paid as much and that does not include putting the sofa inside the right room. They unpacked the sofa in the driveway and left the rubbish there - where did the £130 go?
