Bought more as so useful to temporarily keep my dogs out of part of my garden (newly turfed). Good price and fast delivery

Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.

Delivery wrong sofa and damaged

Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.

Frustrating

Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Unprofessional service

I was lied to about delivery dates. The sofa itself the are mixture of soft and too hard, not consistent. I would recommend not to buy from them.

Hi there good morning I recently purchased a sofa from home done, order was placed on the 19th march 16.25 order no being 2000239040 .I've still not received this delivery after several e mails since the tenth of April could someone get back to myself so I know were I stand kind regards Mr Cameron

The communication is absolutely…

The communication is absolutely rubbish. My order was 3 weeks late with no notice. The delivery company they use was sending wrong invoices. I ended up with 2 different invoices that wasn’t mine, had access to people names & address. VERY INCOMPETENT!!! On the other hand, my sofa is very comfortable

Wrong corner delivered missing cushion and seats are rock solid like sitting on a wooden floor! having trying to solve this spoke to several people via email then pure silence nothing back at all for 8 days now. Wouldn't recommend

This is the worst company I ever bought…

This is the worst company I ever bought from. Waited almost a month for item to be delivered. No contact from them to tell me it was delayed. Took me 3 days to finally get in touch with them and the customer service was awful.
