Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Delivery wrong sofa and damaged
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Frustrating
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

Terrible it took a month for delivery…and it stinks and uncomfortable poorly made
Terrible it took a month for delivery then the item name changed from Lorraine sofa to tango and finally when delivered the sofa was hard and smelt moldy and still smells of mold and placing my elbow to rest my arm the arm of sofa crunched and a hole in frame making it super uncomfortable . Trying to get a return but because I’ve opened its packaging it’s because I had a change of mind !!! No it’s rubbish it smells of mold and it’s made terrible the staples in the back as well I’m really not happy and it’s hard to communicate with the company in my opinion cowboys I’m so unhappy I will never buy from home done again waste of money and time

Perfect sofa for perfect price
Brilliant. Nice sofa for a very reasonable price. Perfect for the kids games room. Communication is not great but this is obviously how they are able to offer goods at such low prices. I would use Home Done again. Thank you.

My experience with Homedonw was extremely bad, bad customer service and poor service from the company. Even with my calls and complaints via email and requesting to speak to a manager, no one ever called me back. The item sold to me was dented and they never did anything about it. The guy who spoke to me was rude on the phone. Not a place to buy any item from
