Ordered from online no problems, took a week to arrive but good communication with the company so no complaints and happy with the product( bathroom unit) so will be happy to use the company again as had never heard or used them.
Delivery wrong sofa and damaged
Sent wrong sofa with damage once you have your delivery your stuck with it, waste of money very poor company, sending wrong item damaged and going through PayPal it's up to me to put there mistake right by paying for the sofa to be shipped back so I can get a full refund and still be out of pocket.
Frustrating
Missing box for a bed then delivered on another day. Wrong size mattress also arrived, still trying to get a replacement sorted. Asked if I would consider the larger mattress despite it being too wide for the bed! Really?

I was very happy with my purchase I was kept up to date with it's journey and was able to track my parcel, it arrived in the time I was quoted and the driver was very polite.

Large items perfect, small items, problematic.
The sofa delivery guys were lovely! I could track them and they also called me when they were nearby. They asked my what room it's going in etc and they were having a laugh and a joke with me about Netflix! Unfortunately I also bought a rug which was delivered by Yodel a free weeks earlier and I had nothing but trouble with the delivery due to it going to the wrong address and they couldn't tell me where. Homedone also just kept telling me it had been delivered when it hadnt Thankfully my neighbour had it and dropped it off but I won't be ordering smaller items again through companies that choose Yodel to deliver. Sofa is fantastic tho, good price and again, superb delivery guys.

Arrived earlier than what was…
Arrived earlier than what was advertised so very happy. The trike is for my granddaughters birthday. she loves it and the bell is an added extra she can’t stop ringing when being pushed even for a 12month old it’s easier for them to use than standard bike bells. It’s very sturdy and great quality. I chose this trike as it had a full harnessed seat which sets it miles apart from other trikes and the basket, cup holder and full sun canopy are brilliant. I would highly recommend this trike it’s excellent value for money.

Terrible flat pack experience
This is most definitely the worst flat pack furniture I've ever come across. I had to use my own screws to complete the assembly, and now I've got about 20 superfluous dowel holes to fill. The gas struts for the lid are great, but they won't work in the position specified in the "instructions"
