Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.

Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!

Almost lost my cool...

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to. I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black. After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes. Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped. As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.

Bought a bed base from these guys and…

Bought a bed base from these guys and decided to hold off giving a review. The good bits are it was cheap to buy and easy to build. Delivery was quick too. The bad bits. Just over one year old and this "High quality" bed is falling apart. It cracks and makes noises any time we lie on it, the feet have gone flat and the headboard support has snapped. I emailed them but got my expected reply of its out of warranty. Bought in Nov 2023 and now in Feb 2025 its ready to be chucked in the bin. They did offer to sell me parts to fix it though 😂 My advice would be stick another couple of hundred quid on top and buy something that will last. I expect a quality bed to last longer than 15 months 😂 Very Very poor quality from home detail and little or no concern once warranty period has passed. Buy elsewhere !!!

Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service

I ordered a ceramic table and chairs, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The ceramic table top arrived cracked, and it was very hard to get in touch with the company since they don't offer a phone call service, which made the situation even worse. It took them days to respond to my first issue. When the second table top arrived cracked again, they cheekily offered me £80 to repair a £350 table, which was ridiculous. They finally agreed to refund an amount just for the table top but didn't send the agreed refund amount. Overall, I would avoid this company and would not recommend them due to their poor service, lack of phone support, and slow email responses.

The product was delivered as arranged.spot on time and delivery driver was very helpful and put it inside where my wife needed it as was to heavy for her to lift. Great deal get price great delivery team and timescale. All in all. PERFECT

Received product before anticipated delivery date. Nothing to install, just plug in. Excellent pictures of what needs heating and corresponding temperature/ times required very easy to follow. Though no mention of warranty in the manual, I received a prompt reply to email I sent regarding this issue and was ok with response.
