Terrible experience. Avoid.

Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.

Never got my sofa as the delivery…

Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!

Almost lost my cool...

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to. I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black. After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes. Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped. As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.

Fantastic quick service

Was little unsure ordering off a website I hadn’t heard of but the service is fantastic!!! I ordered Tuesday night and it was delivered Thursday morning. The bed is beautiful and sturdy. I would definitely recommend. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It was absolutely a nightmare

It was absolutely a nightmare to buy things from them. Their delivery people told me that they will deliver it on a particular day between 8am-6pm, I stayed on that particular day at home and delivery never arrived. I contacted Homedetail over 3 times and evertime they said that they do not have a contact number for Tuffnnells (their delivery company). Which company in 2024 did not have a contact number to call ? It went worse when they took my money, did not deliver on that day I was convinced that I was scamm, so when I asked for money back then the excuse was like - "oh so sorry, we will find another delivery company who might get the product deliver to you on a promised date". Guys, stay away form this company, lot of headache, not worth it.

Good Company

Ordered furniture on a Monday on normal delivery, it arrived Tuesday am, the next day. Sales person I spoke to was helpful and informative. Also their prices were a lot less than Wayfair for the same items. I would recommend and use them again.

Good self assembly sofa.

Very useful to have a self assembly sofa for a confined space. Delivery was quick and easy. Customer service helpful. Very pleased.
