Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
My experience was very good with this company the sofas was high quality and like the images on the website and very comfortable and easy installation and the delivery was very quick and they put it in the living room and nice price thank you so much
Delivery did not arrive due to a problem with the feeder van. Still waiting to hear when my order us due to arrive. Nit very impressed considering I paid £20 extra for express delivery!

Material ordered and money was taken but nothing delivered to me.
I can see the parcel sitting in Aberdeen from 7th Feb and today is 12th nothing delivered by DX courier.
on enquiring i found today that its now with MH Career.
i never knew about it and was never informed about it.
On enquiring and raising complain, a new story comes up saying DX attempted delivery twice but never left any card for me ( Funny reason : post covid we dont leve letters). This is all to cover up the delay Homelet, DX and MH careers have jointly done to my order.
Worst company to deal with and they are very harsh to and dont regsiter any complain and they say they dont have any quality department.
Surprised with no Quality and complaints handling team how this supplier is doing business.
