Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.

Never got my sofa as the delivery…

Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!

Almost lost my cool...

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to. I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black. After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes. Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped. As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.

Great furniture

We ordered a large U shaped couch. The couch arrived and is as described on the website and excellent quality. Easy to assemble. The delivery process was a bit frustrating as there were 2 different courier companies involved and we couldnt get a lot of information due to our remote location. We had no call to arrange a delivery date but luckily we were at home when the lovely delivery man arrived. The couch is excellent so the rest doesn't matter. I would definitely order from them again.

Friendly. Helpful and Understanding

Due to an error on my part I had cancelled the order. A phone call to Margaret in the Customer Services Department managed to clarify a misunderstanding that I had and very promptly re-organised delivery. Totally helpful during the whole process.
