Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.

Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!

Almost lost my cool...

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to. I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black. After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes. Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped. As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.

Chair was very good for the money but I won’t be ordering again as the delivery company just dump it at the door as their not insured to put it inside and if your disabled you have problems.

Great bed

Great bed, was delivered quickly and one I checked and rechecked what I was doing with the instructions, easy to put together and an electric screwdriver with a Alan key would have made it a lot quicker!

It’s a total scam 🤣 I came at 9am this morning and the man told me the deals on the tik tok videos are from last year!! The only reason I went was for the deals! Then sheepishly said he would give me 15% off if I ordered on the day or pointed me to go on the website. Said the stock from the video had sold on the Friday even though it had been posted 12 hours before on the Monday night? Then changed story said it had sold this morning? But I was there for opening? I drove an hour to visit aswell . Very dissapointed!!!! Avoid!! Everything was £400/£500 +

Futon sturdy and express delivery but velvet fabric is not velvety

4 stars because free express delivery was very express indeed! I ordered the Kendal Velvet Single Sofa Bed Futon on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday morning. I also found similar products from Spamazon.com I always prefer to support independent British online sellers, so I'm happy I ordered from them. The disappointment is the fabric being described as Grey Velvet. This doesn't feel velvety, or soft, and it doesn't shimmer when looked at from different angles, not even when sunlight shines directly onto it (the futon chair is placed under a large South-facing window). Instead, it's a flat, matte grey colour and the textile feels more like cotton than velvet. I'll keep the futon as I bought it at sale price, but at full price the quality of the velvet fabric is inferior to the fabric swatches from well-known brands I compared with my Home Details Futon.

Terrible service and slow to rectify if at all

Always something missing or wrong item sent, latest one is a robo cat litter with no power lead, so far we are on day 8 and still no response
